I am adding a quick link to a video of one of our 1050's running with our new case trimmer mounted on top. We will have these for sale very shortly as a kit and or just the adapter. The complete kit is a little bit higher than a "blue" case trimmer set up but for what it you get, it is well worth it. This video is on the 900RPH machine but the kit will function up to 2500 RPH. FYI- there is a ton of brass scrap left from this trimming operation! You can see the full length 5.56 lake city brass enter the die and come out as a 300 black out. NO MORE SORE HANDS FROM MANUAL CASE TRIMMERS!! This will work with any GSI, Dillon, CH4D, or Whidden trim die and functions in a single stage press or a progressive. It looks like it goes in as a .223 case and comes out necked up AND trimmed. Is that right?

does it just trim or does it chamfer in and out as well, if so do you have this set up for 308 and 223, this would be a huge advantage for running shot brass on my 650....
i could care less about making blackout brass.....

It will work on any brass. The straight conversion of blackout from 556 brass is just an example of its power. They can be preordered at www.titanweapons.com

What would be awesome is pictures, how it works with Team Blue 650s, and detailed narrated video. I like it, but I have a perfect understanding of the RT 1200.

Lets put it this way. the 1200 would last an afternoon trimming brass down like in the video. This unit utilizes the 1617 Bosch router and a special 2 flute end mill. It will work with any setup, blue, green, or red and either a manual press or automatic. I will have you some pics shortly. In Short it the full unit is a direct replacement for the 1200, 1500 or any other trimmer using 13/16-20 top threads.

This thing can handle a lot of brass and never even hesitate. The bocsh router will auto dial up the power to maintain rpms when it has some resistance from brass being fed to it. Ger one while you can!!!

I have been using the WFT on my 300 brass.
No comparison with this beast!

here's the wireshark data (request and response headers) -- your reloading equipment index.html is missing from what I can tell: GET /reloading-equipment/ HTTP/1.1 Host: www.titanweapons.comConnection: keep-alive Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,image/webp,*/*;q=0.8 User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/41.0.2272.118 Safari/537.36 DNT: 1 Referer: http://texashuntingforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/5702972/Re:_Baddest_Automatic_Case_Tri Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, sdch Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.8 Cookie: SS_MID=[redacted] HTTP/1.1 404 Not FoundDate: Thu, 16 Apr 2015 19:34:08 GMT X-ServedBy: ny1-prod6-web010 Set-Cookie: [redacted] Expires: Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 X-PC-AppVer: 3935 X-PC-Date: Thu, 16 Apr 2015 11:48:28 GMT X-PC-Host: 10.100.101.127 Last-Modified: Thu, 16 Apr 2015 16:04:12 GMT Content-Encoding: gzip ETag: [redacted] X-PC-Key: [redacted] X-PC-Hit: true Content-Length: 8675 X-ContextId: Mofyg3hg/Wsnkg9RQ X-Via: 1.1 ny1-prod-echo007.int.peer1.squarespace.net

However, it's possible that the reverse proxy sitting in front of the http daemon is munging the request. Where did you get the link from? Maybe I overlooked it on the site. Again, without digging it's possible that the index is missing because the directory does not exist.

Took another look, here's a little more detail (sorry Jason)-- going from your home page to the store link -> https://store-hdcduy.mybigcommerce.com/-> clicking on the http://titanweapons.com/reloading-equipment/ link (labeled "reloading equipment") 404's, which is the early WS snippet was from. But I actually 404 on all the other links on that page too? I can add to cart, but I can't click on any of the product descriptions without getting that error. Maybe the problem lies in the store page? We can probably take this off line though at this point -- feel free to shoot me a pm

I'll stick to hardware... Ha! Hardware can be fun too! Network gear, servers, clusters, SANs, virtualization, etc, whatev. I do almost zero hardware and networking anymore - really haven't done much of significance in years. Been in security, offensive and defensive, for years and writing lots of code only as it pertains to the work. FiremanJG: PS - I sent you a PM unrelated to this thread or our posts in it.

On http://www.titanweapons.com though I don't find any links pointing to /reloading-equipment (which in my guestimation 404s since that URI is only supposed to exist in the store??).

Yeah I'm with ya bud - my previous post... ...but everything works for me... ...was in reference to the links in the store. Product pages, add to cart, reloading equip - it all worked. Just now though I revisted and only add to cart works which, if I'm not mistaken, is what you experienced. The store is jacked. I'm not even sure how we ended up trying to troubleshoot this site (other than I saw your Wireshark post and tossed in a fun response). It's THEBBC's site - if he wants to reach out for help I don't mind but he really needs to contact his admin/developer. Or maybe somebody is already on the case and that's why results are inconsistent. Regardless, I need a barrel threaded for a brake and I then need a brake purchased/installed; I saw another Titan thread showing solid work/reputation - would like to have them do it but they're too far for the small amount of work.
