I go and check on the place yesterday and my best camera was no longer where I left it. On a another note the thieves/poachers/dog runners are back! I wonder if any of them saw my camera? I am going to hang signs all around the property spelling out what I do to trespassing dogs...

Get more pic's of dog's on cam than hog's or deer.  dogs pretty much keep the hogs away.

I wouldn't put up any sign (incriminating evidence), just deal with it as quite as possible if you can. Be a "squeaky wheel" with the GW or Sheriffs Dept.

Have you thought about a Cell Cam that tells you if anyone is there by sending you the pics? Then you can contact the Co. Sheriff and or Game Warden. I would also let the Game Warden know you have this going on and give him rights to your property. They are always looking for things like this to deal with because they lead to so many more bigger issues. Good Luck.

I have contacted the sheriff in the past but they did nothing. I have on camera a guy stealing items from my place. I have a clear shot of his face, gave the sheriff his name and drivers license number but they have done nothing and it was a felony amount.
I have talked with the GW about it and have given him free access but he needs to catch them in the process to make charges stick.
Thieves have more rights than the vitims.
I have had 3 conversations with the dog runners in the past, one time when I caught them on the place. All they do is lie and lie some more. I know where they all live and look forward to the next conversation.

I'd be writing a letter to the editor of the local paper, if they have one. LEOs like that need to beat feet.

the one in the back looks like a bobbed tail blue heeler ... I wouldn't think of them as a very good hog dog as the norm.
did you ever find your other camera? If you have cell service, it might be worth a look at getting one that emails you pictures real time as someone else stated, then a quick call to the GW or Sheriff when they are on premises might bet more action.

I'd be writing a letter to the editor of the local paper, if they have one. LEOs like that need to beat feet. I would try to contact the GW. they usually dont like trespassers.

Last dog had got off chain, ended up with lead poison, it was running loose like these others, ended up snake bit, took ta vet, sat up all night with it. To OP best wishes
