Have a older marlin(jm barrel) 44 mag very nice shape. Forget what year right now. Has a weaver base and a box of win ammo. bougt it a few years back and dont really have a need for it.

If you can't source a used one, perhaps consider a Rossi.

I've had a 16" trapper in .357 and absolutely love that rifle.

It's the rifle I always take to Oklahoma. It will handle a variety of loads and it's not scary and black.

im looking too prefer 357 but levers are nice so it don't matter
