Year round family lease -wife's, kids and guest are welcome and can hunt off your tag, 2980 acres of hills, valleys, and creeks, large hunting areas about 175 acres per hunter, large walk - in Cooler for game, camper spots with electric and sewer, big main camp trailer with air condition, satellite TV that all hunters can use, all electric is paid for in the main price of $2100.00. Many ponds scattered over the whole lease, several with good fishing.

There are so many hunters looking for leases. I don't why people aren't interested in this lease  With this being so close to the Metro Mess and all the amenities that this lease is providing you’re going to be hard pressed to find better lease for this price. I've been hunting Eastland County for the last 15 years and love the area. Over the years I've seen and taken some great bucks. I've seen some giants taken to Rust deer plant over the years. If I didn't already have a lease I would all over this one  The buck in my signature was taken by son in Eastland County

I believe my wife & I took the last two spots on the lease Saturday 4/4/2015 but will let BlackSnake confirm it one way or the other. It is a very nice lease. going to be a new hunting experience for me. Until about 2 years ago I had never hunted in West Texas. The other lease members we met seem very nice & welcoming, looking forward to hunting and learning the ends and outs of W. Texas deer hunting & varmints and I know there is a pig or 2 with my name on it.
