Lightly used but very nice example manufactured in 1958 serial number 39XXXX overall condition a conservative 97% no patina all blue is bright, bore is bright, some very minor handling marks only, sides of hammer and action bar exhibit wear to bluing from use. Great shooter or collector its more accurate than my 10/22s!

$1000 FTF west of DFW rifle is currently in Young county.

FAQ

is it reblued: no there is nothing to indicate its not factory original there is blue rubbed off the sides of the hammer and the action arm, its been cycled a few hundred times Im sure so its not BNIB 100% theres some minute scratches here or there that wont show in a photograph, the blue on the tangs is a little thinner than the blue on the barrel for example

is the wood refinished: if it is I cant tell it looks like every Winchester 62A Ive seen no sanding marks or tru-oil type streaks

I will try to take more pics if its not sold in a day or so, Im not where the rifle or camera is and cant send more pics right now

hope this helps

Got one just like it my granddad gave me 45 years ago, one of the best shooting guns I've ever shot. Giving it to my son when he turns 13.
