If this was going to be your knife, which scales would you use on it and why?

Top to bottom in the pic
Ironwood
Red Stag
Pierre Davids Deer
On the right is Mammoth Ivory. Keep in mind that the ivory will significantly affect the price of the knife.

My thoughts too. They would all look great with the copper, but the light color would be different.

I'd have to save the ivory for a very special knife.

my head said Pierre Davids deer & I voted that way. But my heart says Mammoth Tooth ( but not the piece shown ) I will at some time own one & it will probably be sooner than later. Awesome Knife by the way, it will look good w/ any combination you choose

Mammoth all the way. I think it would look awesome next to the copper. I think the copper brings out similar tones in the Mammoth.

That red stag will fire up next to the copper. If not for the cost, Mammoth Ivory.

Welp, what did you decide Mr Connor?

It'll look good which ever you choose.

Ironwood would be my choice if it were a carry piece, and the Pierre Davids Deer for show I agree it would give a nice contrast against the other colors.

I really haven't decided or given it much thought. This is one of those throw in knives to keep me busy between the steps while working on orders. Spent today cleaning and rearranging the shop. Also had to run a 240 line for the new heat treat oven. Worked all day and the shop still looks like a train wreck.
