Have a 20yd stand behind my house for a bow shot, but also have an 80yd shot...can't decide whether I wan't a for sure hog, or the self-satisfaction of doing it with a bow.

Bring both and if the opportunity presents itself to take an ethical bow shot then have at it. Always easy to switch from a bow to a rifle if they just never get close enough.

I like to bring an AR with me when I'm bowhunting this time of year in case the hog / coyote / cat doesn't come in closer than 50 yards. Plus you can hunt after dark more easily with a flashlight without disturbing the area if you already have both with you. It does get cumbersome walking to the blind with both though, gotta be on your "A" game with safety.
