 What is this set up for? Found while looking for sheds

Last weekend walked into the woods to look for some sheds and came across this odd set up. I don't believe it to be a hog trap and there is no entry to it anyway. Dog pen well they would just jump right out. It has on the upper left of the pic a two liter bottle hanging from a tree cut off.

Pretty small pen to stick a feeder in. I have seen a couple even smaller than that. They just wanted to keep the cattle off the feeder.
