I really have no choice but to offer my spot and buddies spot on a new lease we got on. I have gotten the ok from lease manager to offer this to two available people that would be interested. Long story short my buddy has gotten a better job offer in Michigan and must follow his work in a few weeks and my job has just picked up and not giving me the time i need to devote to this lease. Spots have been paid for we are just looking to see if 2 people would be interested in taking our spots for this upcoming season. Lease details are as follows:
This is a 7,500 acre family oriented lease between Sonora and Del Rio near the Devils River Natural Area. It is a year round lease with guest/family privileges. I fell in love with this area it is absolutely beautiful. Game available are deer,hogs,dove,aoudad,and turkey. Axis are on property but the hunters are trying to build up a nice herd so they ask to refrain from shooting at this time. There are two camp areas and both have water and electric for RV hook ups. There is a cleaning station with a commercial ice maker for lease use. Harvest limit is: unlimited exotics except axis, unlimited feral hogs, dove,and turkey set per tpwd season and whitetail are 1 trophy buck or 1 management buck,1 cull buck and 1 doe depending on biologist recommendation maybe more will know the number b4 bow season. Are the lease spots $2125 total and would be the expected price in the future or is this a discounted price based on you two trying to recoup some of the full price yall have already paid?

This is the price for each spot and is the price for next year if you decide to stay on

How many hunters total on property?

I think there is 25 not crowded as far as i could tell. Our areas we picked were around 300-400 acres each spot. You must hunt your area during deer season but are allowed to hunt the whole ranch during the off season.
