Not knowing why you want one you might want to look at shingle hammers... You can usually find them at garage sales or pawn shops. Splitting kindling, hammering staples or nails, fence work and of course roofing. Legitimate tool to have in your possession.

depends on what you want to do with it. . . .
if you're looking to chop firewood, you'd be better
off with a regular sized axe, or a nice stihl saw.
the hawk is ok for smaller limbs if you don't feel
like stomping on them to bust them up. or even better,
you can just burn long pieces in two without having
to jack with any chopping. can't get any more minimalist
than that.

btw
I do have 4 hawks, including the mandatory h&b.
they're neat, but for real work I use one of
my estwings, or one of my old true temper Kelly
perfect axes or fire up a saw. for just relaxing and
piddling with sticks and a fire a hawk is ok

Estwing.

I have the one with the very long handle. The handle is too long for the weight of the head. The midlength handle looks perfect.

But I also have a Plumb flathead hatchet with a convex head. Way better for splitting, and is super handy paired with a 3 pound maul for splitting logs normally reserved for 6 or 8 pound mauls.

I got the hookup on a Gerber Downrange. It's impressive, though I don't use it much.

x1 on the roofing hammer. Functional and inexpensive, can be found at just about any hardware store, and cheap enough that you won't get twisted around the axle if you misplace it. My fave is an Eastwing with a factory leather grip. I use their hammers as well.

Last fall a buddy and I spent the better part of a week clearing ATV paths in dense bottomland thicket. We took axes, hawks, and machetes, and after a few minutes of use the hawk went back in my pack. When it came to light chopping and cutting, the machete was the way to go. Longer cutting edge, easy to swing, light weight.

I have an Estwing Campers ax that I really like and I have an Estwing Fireside Friend Splitting Tool that I use with a sledge to split wood.
Take a look at their WEB site they make some nice products including tomahawks.
I bought my ax at Cabela's, the splitter I ordered online.

I use a Cold Steel Rifleman.

http://www.coldsteel.com/Product/90RH/RIFLEMANS_HAWK.aspx

Although if you are going to carry it a lot, the Trailhawk is lighter.

There are lots cheaper places to buy it than the manufacturer.

Did anyone else watch the video on the Cold Steel website? I have some of their products and love them, but I couldn't stop laughing at the video. They have gotten out there.
