Not sure what the solar panel specs are. I built the blind and base for a customer. he hunts hogs in summer with his grand kids so the fans and outlets are nice additions for their games and such.

Great setup. I am a firm believe in hunting in comfort.

I put a 20 watt panel, with two 8 amp/hour, 12 volt batteries on my stand, with the panel up about 25 feet, on the same tree that supports the vent pipe. I have a couple of photocell controlled IR floodlights on the stand for pig shooting, a couple of red led strips inside the blind (help minimize the impact on your night vision), a 4" ultra quiet fan to assist with cooling in really warm weather, a 12v to USB adapter for charging the iPhone, and a 12 volt, 36 watt heated seat cushion.

I'm thinking of adding a night vision capable "backup camera" to the set up so I can surf the internet/watch movies until I see something on the backup camera, then I can turn off the phone and get the pvs-14 going. peep

We all need to practice Whoa more.

I believe the more comfortable you are the more patient you will be. Plus if you take kids gotta keep them occupied.
