Anyone going to this? I signed up this morning. Never done sporting clays but sounded fun.

I am 1000000% for supporting the Chris Kyle Foundation.

But, is it at all ironic that it takes place at a shooting range?

Knowing Chris and the family... no it's not ironic. Shooting ranges were a huge part of his life and they will continue to be. Hell, his brother runs a gun training company that teaches pistol, carbine, and long range marksmanship.

I had a blast there. Met some great people and plan on keeping our team together for next year. I had a great teacher since I have never done it before. Shot a 70. And ordered a new shotgun.
