Getting a late start on this one, been down most of the week with a bad back. Got the 14 gauge back from cnc, he cut the bottoms wrong so I'm having to cut em myself.

This week is spring break. I can send an expert welder to help ya. Downside is, he can break a damn anvil.

All welded up and ground down, added the spout as well. I used 2 3/8" OD tubing for the downspout.

Ramball,

Put a control box on the out side. Best thing I ever did when I rebuilt all my old timers

No, you can zoom in on it

It's just an electrical box I bought at lowes. Took out the guts and screwed it in with self drillers

Looks like a 50 amp breaker box. Cool idea. I may just have to order components and have him build more of the 300# stand and fills he built for us last year.

I wish I could remember which one, I just pick one that 12volt would fit on the bottom.

Hose clamp, knock out fitting and conduit may have to add a little wire and splice it. You could mount the solar panel on the box. Then you would also have to build adjustable motor brackets.

just a thought JW but I used to have my solar panels on the outside to get full sunlight also. There will be a time when coons decide its something they want to destroy. I've taken mine off and bolted then directly to the spinner/timer box without the bracket so it lays flat against it. They don't need direct sunlight to keep the batteries charged and your 100% protected.

up exactly what BuckRage said. I am converting mine over as the coons demolish the wiring.
