I just started running the Z traps about a month ago. I have had no complaints with the Dukes, they have caught alot of coons for me.
I do like the two way trigger on the Z. All my sets have been around Feeders and placed along the roads on the ranch. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

12 traps and 2 coons. I caught the first one a couple hours after setting them. I was varmint calling and swung by just to see. I learned a lesson off the first one too. Don't set your traps on the same t-post that holds your game camera. That little bastard had climbed up the hog panel and was straddling my camera like it would save him. I quickly gave him a 22 to the noggin and in his death jump backwards, he managed to rip off the face of the camera.....then bled all over the broken piece foe me lol. The next morning I had another on the line. We will see what the traps produce moving forward, so far so good.

It'll pick up, just keep after it. I caught another 7 and caught my second coyote this weekend.
