New to suppressors. New to ARs for that matter. I know this may be a broad question - but any of you all with experience have any recommendations on AR-15 suppressors? Looking for quality, willing to pay up. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking to buy only one I'd look at the Silencerco saker 7.62. It is extremely modular and will work with just about any firearm you may want to use in the future. It is a QD mount of can be direct thread. Also you can put a 5.56 end cap on it and it is then quieter than their 5.56 Saker. If you want something light weight look at Crux suppressors titanium cans. Their quality is top notch.

If you go back a few pages, there's been tons of discussion on here.

They now have the omega which is 6 ounces lighter. Saker is the choice for full auto options. Maybe not so much on the omega though, in case you were headed that route.

Omega is rated for full auto. Harvester is not.

Yet another reason we need an NFA sub-forum.

February is SHOT Show in Vegas. That's when most companies announce their new models.

The Saker was definitely the cool kid on the block. But the mounting system gets stuck sometimes and tough to unattach.

The Surefire has one of the best mounting systems without a doubt. But its suppression isn't as good as the others but it was built for durability and accuracy above all else.

I just ordered a Dead Air Sandman after seeing videos of how it mounts up. Seems pretty solid and I don't think it'll suffer the same problems as the Saker getting stuck.

Guess I need to do some google'n because I haven't heard much about the Saker getting stuck and haven't had any issues with mine.

AAC 7.62 SDN, run it on my AR-10, 300BO, and 5.56 SBR's. Will be buying a few more before 41P comes down hard in May.
