I have access to a lot of land to shed hunt. ALOT more acreage than I can actually hunt, but farmers welcome me picking them up so they don't ruin a tractor tire.
Plus I hit a lot of these wheat fields during working hours as I pass by them.
Plus I put ALOT of miles on my shoes this time of year. Saturday I will be out all day. Probably put on 10-15 miles of walking. Plus it does my winter fluff some good as well.
But I find myself shed hunting harder than I hunt during the season.
Something about finding a deer shed where the deer dropped it in the wild makes me wanna find them all!!!
Front pile is fresh and back pile is old. All found this y ear with still lots of bucks still carryng.
