Hi HHR,
I think it is a "blond" based on one a buddy of mine took in 2013 near Denton. Our research stated these only occur something like 8 to 10 times per a half million raccoons. True albino's are even rarer and there are "red" raccoons, too,
Supposedly you can get $200 for one of these "blond" from the right buyer. We screwed up and left ours in the pasture.
