I live in the loop and use Martini Hardware on the East end. They charge $20.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Great great people.$15 FFL transfer fee per gun. Can't beat that!
David (owner) and Amy are very nice people and they will really take care of you. They have great reviews online also. It's not inside the loop but it is definitely worth checking them out.
