I hunt west and it's pretty good in my opinion. How big is the place and was it previously hunted before? That can be large factors. Also be warned as there is not water in that area so tanks are a plus.

1500 acres (big for me) with 3 or 4 small tanks.
Thick with Mesquites. Looks promising.
