I have a 7800 lease that we put 46 members on. We are management minded. It is a year round lease, not a four wheeler park.281-806-9441 We charge 1300 a membership. That is roughly a 170 acreas per member.

For me, I would be miserable with 45 other people and their guests. To each his own.

That's not uncommon for Piney Woods. Very dense forestation. You'd probably never even see 2/3 of the deer on your 170 piece. I hunted 6500 acres in Cleveland many years ago. It was a good lease.

22 ppl be a lot more reasonable number in my book, safety wise cause if 46 ppl are there opening day and there had to happen be 30 gun shots, just scary thought I see with east Texas leases. I mean I understand but I like to see everyone be safe. But if you found a good group of 20 that were willing to pay more for more land per person that be great and may be able to have more leeway. Just a thought tho hope you get the lease filled!

Wow that is an insanely high number of hunters. 20 people sounds closer to my comfort zone.
