Not sure about Ray Roberts. Very few public land allow baiting for hogs. On public land hog hunts my best luck has been moving slow threw the woods, checking thick hard ta reach areas. Keeping eyes roaming for movement, even behind ya, & whin see sign check for freshness, some times just a kick of d ol boot next ta sign can judge by difference in the dirt. Leaves are off trees, just sit, listen & wait.
i need the exercise. Been sitting & waiting between to corn feeders, waiting
, Learned at OSBWMA by sitting & waiting most of the sign made at night, No hunting presure. Best wishes.
