even though I am outside the city limits, my HOA rules strictly prohibit firing a firearm except for self protection ... Pretty much every "Rural Subdivision" I dealt with that had been developed within the past 30 or so years in the ATX area has some clause in the covenants regarding hunting in the development. I would be very surprised if yours did not.
