Had a blast being able shoot multiple pigs with the AR. Decided I certainly want to leave it open sight or close to it as I liked the fast acquisition. Only problem was when they came out it was almost too dark to make out the sights (Standard rear aperture with basic black front post).

Would like opinions on my options. Can anyone suggest a high viz front post or even a red dot? Don't want to scope it.

I know XS has a front sight. If you're going to put a red dot on it, just go ahead and get a 1-4 or 1-6x scope.

Something like this is what I see myself going with. Pretty clean and basic

What's your budget? Irons are fun, and nice to have, but you can't really beat a red dot sight after sundown.

Red dots are fun. I just have a cheap Sun Optics red dot and it works great.
