Has anyone seen any taxidermy work that incorporates multiple whitetail racks displayed together? Just looking for ideas.

Reason I ask is I have about 6 racks.... 140's to mid 150's that I'd like to display somehow, but I'm tight on space. These are racks with some skull plate not the entire skull. I have a bunch of shoulder mounts so these are racks that just did not make the wall.

Any ideas...and photos would be appreciated...thanks in advance.

Heres a custom piece I did with 3 racks, something similar could be done with more. It would just take some figuring out as far a placement goes for that many

Thanks for the suggestion. I had already thought about that approach, but I was looking for some other ideas as opposed to just having antler mounts on a vertical board. That said, it is efficient space wise. Again, thanks for taking the time to reply.

Sounds to me like since you have a large amount of shoulder mounts already you may have a man cave or general area you have them in at least? Have you thought about a light fixture? I think a hanging chandelier would be really cool if it was all deer you have taken. I think this is a pretty classy way to show a pile of bone.

Thought about that using some of my other racks, but the ceiling is only 8ft...I have about 30 shoulder mounts (deer, elk, bear, antelope, blackbuck, axis deer & Mouflon) so I am looking for something creative. I have a bunch of 120-130's (those would be chandelier material) but I have 6 that are a little better...140's to mid 150's ...those are the ones I want to display.

My wife uses them as decor. Uses them to accent end tables, puts them at the base of lamps, etc. She usually incorporates some "greenery" to make it look more like a natural setting... Also, we have one that is antler mounted on a pedestal - that way it doesn't take up wall space. I'll try to get some pictures.

My bride pinned this on her Pinterest Account and asked me to try to replicate it. It just hasn't made it to the top of my to-do list yet.

Clearly those are not nearly 140" antlers, but I bet bigger antlers would still work.

Appreciate the suggestion, but I am looking for something that will take up less wall space then a horizontal display and more unique than a vertical display.

These should let you put them anywhere and as close as you want. http://www.skullhooker.com/skull-cap/
