 Is it a good idea to get a lease from Craigslist?

Has anyone had any luck with a lease they found on Craigslist? What to watch out for etc...

If you are dealing directly with the landowner then it is better, but still tread lightly. Never deal with a broker. If a place is not leased now it is open for a reason. Find out what that/those reasons are.

Thank you stxranchman, I'll be sure to ask lots of questions and to whom I'm speaking with a broker or owner. I think the main reason this one in particular isn't leased out yet is because they do not allow any guest what so ever even wives and children is my guess.

I would think another reason would be that there is not much game to hunt on the lease or it is way over priced for the amount of game.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

He has a showing this weekend it's in hall county, 2500 for 2800 acres
