Currently have an IMMEDIATE opening for one or two hunters max. on 1,600 contiguous acres in Young/Throckmorton Cos.
Total hunters will be 4 or 5. Price will be either $4,500 or $3,600, dependent on if 4 or 5 hunters. If interested please contact me immediately @ tjjbigd@gmail.com.

Seems like a good deal, for people who don't mind paying for more land per hunter. That's 320-400 acres per hunter, so just over $10/acre. They will have a much better chance at getting a good deer each, year after year. There are some very nice deer in that area. Good luck with your lease. Good to see your not just packing hunters on there, it'd be the same money, but with less success for the hunters. & way less headaches this way.
