Midway has WW packs of 1000 22LR with either 3 boxes of 9mm or 2 boxes of 45 auto for 99$- limit 1 per customer.

Looks like a decent enough deal to me.

Not too bad for those who haven't been able to get any 22. A little high once shipping is added, but again - not too bad.

22/45 worked @7:15 a.m. Didn't really need either but you can never have too much ammo.

Sweet, good looking out. I just ordered the 22/45. thanks for the heads up.
These days, the pricing is really pretty good no matter which way you look at it. I figured a "cheap" price for the 45 is $30. Which means the 22's are $30 a piece per 500 box. Still not what it should be, but better than the prices I see in person at any store.

I don't think $12 for shipping two bricks of .22 and 150 rounds of 9mm is all that bad considering the weight. That's the price of a medium flat rate box and my order will end up taking about 52 hours to arrive from time of order. It costs me $40 to drive to Cabela's and back...

$12 for 100 rounds of .22 is another matter all together.

Anybody else have trouble with delivery? During all the snow and ice the delivery date got pushed back for my order. Checked the UPS shipping site on the day it was to be delivered and it showed they dropped it off at my front door. Problem with that is they did not. I was outside at the time they say it was delivered but, the truck never showed. I live in the country with one neighbor and could have seen the truck even if he had dropped it off with the neighbor. UPS said contact Midway, Midway said they would get UPS to find it. bang UPS called and told me it had been delivered. bang Midway said if UPS did not find and deliver it within 7 working days, call them back. bang Bottom line is even if Midway does refund my money, I lost the chance to supply my grandkids with .22.

My complaint was the box was marked with a GIANT Winchester Ammunition sticker so you can draw your own conclusions on what happened to your stuff.

Just last week, had something similar happen to me:
Turns out UPS put the shipment from Midway (large box of bullets (Just the projectiles)) IN MY MAILBOX !!
And of course, mail-man TOOK THE BOX out of my mailbox as outgoing mail (apparently didn't look at the label).

THREE DAYS LATER , mailman re-delivered the box INTO my mailbox.

Can't imagine what mail-man/post-office would have done if this was LOADED AMMO, and not just projectiles.
Probably would have called the fbi on me, heh heh.
