Hello all, I'm looking for a lease in North Texas. I live in McKinney and would love to find something within about a 2 hour drive however would absolutely be willing to travel further for a good opportunity. This could include southern OK as well. I am hoping to find an annual lease, though seasonal would suffice. Turkey and deer preferred with dove and hogs as a plus.

I would be the sole hunter however if it is a large property I do have a second gun who would be interested. I am a former Marine and certified RSO; safety is paramount to me. I was raised to return anything in better condition than it was given to me; I tread lightly and care for the environment. I am willing to assist in management-style hunting and ultimately any guidelines/goals the landowner prefers. I do not solely chase antlers and absolutely do not believe in 'if it's brown it's down' or killing just to pack the freezer full. Ultimately I would just like to find a spot to enjoy time outdoors and in the deer stand.

In addition to any monetary payment, I am willing (and would be pleased to!) to assist with any maintenance, improvement, etc of the property.

Edit to add: I do not need RV hookups/electric or any creature comforts whatsoever. Ability to place a ladder stand for deer season would be great.
