A trust is a form document that is just fill in the blank. Quicken Willmaker has a trust form for $29. yeah its that easy if you want a POS trust....... why attach thousands of dollars worth of firearms to a blue light special document....... there is a difference. The person who "gets/ obtains" the trust never knows the realizes the azz whip of a bad trust because generally they are dead and it doesn't matter.

I take it singleshot85 that you paid top dollar for a trust you could of got for $25 bucks or if you search good enough you could probably find one onLine for free that someone posted. I have a friend thats a lawyer in Austin and he said trust documents are so generic its unreal. He said you could get hundreds of different versions of trusts for the same items and they could have different wording and all be legal. He said no, they are not going to turn down work for printing out a few documents and inserting your name in a blank place. Heres one i found online for free! http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=8&f=8&t=418242

And hopefully nothing ever happens where you end up in court. But if you do, a lawyer that drew up the trust will defend his trust in court. Ask a lawyer if they will defend one written by Quicken Will Maker.

Sure some attorneys may "defend" what ever you pay them for, but that doesn't mean they will win, which is my point. your logic is ridiculous....... same as I'll spend crazy money, or any amount for that matter, on a rifle, optic, ammo, suppressor, ect..... and keep them locked in a hall closet because why spend 2K on a safe when I can go to home depot and by a door fixture with a lock for 5 bucks......
