A fisherman wanted to borrow money to take a six month fishing trip so he goes to the bank where he had done business for years but they refused him the loan. He went to another bank that he had never done business with and obtained the loan without any difficulty. Then he went to the fish market, bought a six pound fish, had it wrapped and put it in his safe-deposit box at the first bank that refused him the loan and joyfully left town for his six month fishing trip.
