Not obvious to me....short tail like a sheep or goat and the ears look like they flop over like a goat.... but I'll wait to see along with you.

Here is another pic. They are coming everyday. We have harvested a few Mouflon this year with horns, but none of the ones coming have horns and look a bit different. Some of these seem much lighter in color with stripes on face.

For grins I goggled Mouflon ewes and then I did Corcican ewes.... no white saddle on the Mouflon and the ewes looked a lot alike.

I'll wait for Casey or Don to weigh in since they both have raised Mouflons and other sheep.

I made some Mouflon stew for kids with a sirloin stew right next to it and kids devoured the mutton first. If any of y'all are hunting near Del Rio, we are getting great pics of nocturnal bucks, but rarely see them during day??? Any ideas or suggestions?

Corsican/barbado. Looks similar to Val Verde county or nearby. Have quite a few in the area and they all vary in color.

They are What I call "Mouflon Type" Ewes, a lot of Folks would call them Mouflon, especially if they were trying to sell Them! they are definitely not Pure so they could be called Corsicans....SO Everybody is Right!
