Some time ago, I had an extractor problem with my Kimber rimfire. Trying to get it fixed, Kimber sent me a whole new extractor assembly. It includes the back plug, the extractor, part that connects spring to extractor, and extractor spring. The bag plug is the stainless finish.

Kimber switched to a new extractor assembly design at some point AFTER my gun was made, so the new parts do not fit my pistol.

If you have a newer model Kimber rimfire and want a spare extractor assembly "just in case", PM me your mailing address please. I want to get this package out of my way.

The way to determine whether you have an old or new model Kimber is this. If the plug that holds your extractor assembly in place is a screw, you have an old model. If it looks like a flush fit plug that matches the finish of your pistol, you have a newer model.

Let me know,

JDK
