Well after a long journey, mainly due to not getting to the range as often as I wanted to, I have finally got my 300BLK load were I want it. Started out with 230Gr Berger HPBT that were awesome un-suppressed, like raged hole at 100yds, but walked all over the target with a suppressor attached, tried increasing and decreasing the powder but same results. Also the same load would not even stabilize out of my friends 300 and we have the same gun, Rem 700 AAC-SD. So I switched to 208 AMAX over 7.3gr of Blue Dot, got a Sub 1" group un-suppressed running about 990 fps, then they hit right at 1" at 100yds running 1010 fps with the suppressor on. Now that is not as tight as I am use to but sub-sonic suppressed that is pretty dang good. It nice when a plan all comes together.

Gun is a Remington 700 AAC-SD 300BLK 16.5" with a Rifle basix trigger and HS Stock
Round:
208 AMAX
7.3 Gr of Blue Dot
once fired LC 556 formed brass
CCI Small Rifle Primer
AVG FPS 1010 with suppressor on.

Looks good! I'm running the 208's with 11gr RE7 in my little 10.5" blackout with a Vortex Viper 1-4x. With the suppressor, they are running about 1060 fps. They shoot about an inch and a half at 100yds. The subs are fun, just not the most practical for hunting, so I started playing with the 125 SST and IMR 4227. I ended up getting about an inch at 100yds, avg velocity was around 2150fps. I had 5 rounds left so I went to 250yds and rang the 18" gong several times. Next time I'm at work I'm going to take it to 500, just for kicks. It's a fun little round for sure.

Very nice! It's looking good. You can see there is still a little yaw in the bullet by looking at the uneven holes on the bottom 3 bullets on the target. There is not an even black/grey area on the sides to the center of the hole, which means the bullet has some wobble to it as it goes through the target. The 1:7" twist is needed since they use a 5R rifling, which is the ratchet rifling. The 5R rifling requires more twist to stabilize the same weight (or length, really) bullet compared to a traditional 1:8". This slight yaw is common, so you're good.

The twist of the 700 AAC-SD is a 1:7" with 5R rifling, would the fact the paper was not perfectly flat, kinda concave due to the target backer at the range, bring into account the slight variance is grey area around bullet hole?

Maybe, but I doubt it. This slight yaw is common. If you are shooting 1.5" groups or better with subs, the load is shooting good. Subs are very difficult to get shooting well.
