Anyone have any info on this area 1710? Talked to a guy named Danny about a few spots on this road and looking for some insight. Thanks!

That is a known "Danny" leasing area. Had my talk with him about that area a few years back. Leave it at that.

I went to one of those leases a couple weeks ago. I noticed some folding chairs and shell casings by the wheat field. When I asked to have a statement added to his contract saying that I had exclusive hunting rights to the lease, only then did he volunteer dove hunting rights would also be granted to others for the property.
My personal experience seems to be the same as everything else you read.
The real sad part about it is the guy has lots of properties.

If you don't want his whole family to hunt you down like a dog , or invite you to dance , steer clear. I have no problem leasing a place from him and if he screws me I will hire NP to file suit for me. Somebody has to stand up to scum bags like these types

Anyone that leases from this scumbag after reading about him here needs a guardian appointed to handle their affairs.
