Man I did not know what I was getting into  Did a little research, not enough. Whittled away at that head getting stuff off and out, the eyes were a work out  One said soak in water for 5 days it will just fall off, two weeks later and a couple of water changes, Nope! Talk about nasty  Bought a deep fryer boiled and picked at it way to long, finally gotter done  For a first timer, what do you think?

Looks good. Maybe a 45 degree mount the next time around? I would use the same wood and add a 45 degree base to the board so you can see the tine height. Coming from experience of having many done by someone that knew what they were doing.....not me.

Looks good. I agree with Pitch if you add a 45% base it makes it look more like the animal is looking at you and allows you to see tine length. It's really just dependent on what you like. If you like it leave it as is.
I think there is a YouTube video that shows how to do a euro with a pressure washer and it's suppose to be easy.
