Unfortunately, I think the rest of the states are going to have to take it up individually. Sure would be nice if one of the benevolent gun rights groups would fill the courts with cases pressing Heller for all Federal properties.

That order was from 2013. It only enjoins the USACE from enforcing that specific part of the CFR that applies to USACE controlled lands and waters where there is citation authority. Does not specifically allow concealed carry and you can still be arrested/charged by Federal Law Enforcement using applicable Federal statutes.

Visit the link again, and scroll to the October 2014 Memorandum Decision.

I'm certainly not a lawyer, but I read that as a win for Idaho.
