IRRC the 22 Savage Highpower and 219 Zipper were both based off he 30-30 case. Been a while since I thought about those rounds though. Guess I could get up and consult Cartridges of the World or google but do not feel like getting up at this time. I think my old Sierra book has data on both but I am sure powder has changed a good bit since then.

Since my tattered copy of CotW is within reach, I looked to see. According to Whozits both were based on the .25-35 Winchester. I believe you could form either from .30-30 though, it would probably just be easier with .25-35 brass.

My sierra manual says," .219 Zipper brass can be made from .22 Hi Power, .25-35, or .30-30 cases with special forming dies."
