I am posting this for a friend of mine. If anyone has any questions you can give him a call or PM me and I will answer them the best I can.
500 +/- acres in Frio county. The ranch is a few miles outside of Dilley, Tx. Easy access- all weather roads. Large neighbor ranches (all low fence). This ranch has plenty of game, I have personally checked it out and can say that it is LOADED with deer, hogs, and turkey.
The ranch is 80% brush, 20% open. It has a camp area with electricity, you will need to bring your own water.
Memberships will be year round.
Unlimited hogs 1 Turkey 1 Management Buck 1 Cull 1 Trophy
$5,000 Per Member- 4 memberships available.
There have been deer killed in the 150class on the ranch, several 150+ have been seen over the years.
Give Lloyd a call if you have any questions- 832-419-8506

That's muy grande territory homeboy. He will definately get that, especially if surrounded by low fence.

We only pay $20.00 per acre and have 2 miles of King Ranch shared fence line.
Born to hunt and fish.

Alittle high for a camp without any water, would think the place could hold 2 spots max

There is water on the property but you will have to haul it to the camp site.

Am I reading this right. He wants $40per acre for the lease? That is sky high, but he'll probably get it. 500 acres is risky at that price and only 125 acres per hunter?
