I bought one of those 28ga Yildez from Academy and I couldn't be more pleased.

Dove hunted with it last fall and it performed flawless and because it was 28ga, very low recoil (which has been a knock on the Yildez 12ga)

The only knock I have is that the safety is a little tricky when rushed. If you aren't smooth on your motion it can "stick" a little bit. But only few times did this happen after several cases of shells.

For $425, the gun is WELL worth it and CANNOT be beat on price. It is rapidly becoming a favorite over my Red Label, Beretta, or Browning for a field gun
