I don't know if any of you caught this.. Jesse James has launched some new cans with some spectacular #s for DB ratings.. Since we are both located in Austin and I have access to a state of the art DB meter I thought I would see if he wanted to do a test on video.. https://tacticalgunreview.com/jesse-james-firearms-suppressor-testing/#more-22230

A 22LR semiauto pistol slide being released is around 110 dB. There's no way they are measuring anything at 78 dB unless they are using an iPhone app or radioshack type slow dB meter that can't measure a fast peak in dB. I hope there's a camera on the test and another camera on Jesse's face when the first numbers come up. JJFU: Jesse James Fuqed Up. He's using false numbers to sell his junk to NFA buyers who don't know any better.

I don't know about sound reduction, but it looks ugly as hell!

He accepted my offer and invited me out to the shop Good. Be sure to have one camera on Jesse during the test to record his reaction. And bring your own guns and ammo so we know what's being used.

He accepted my offer and invited me out to the shop DB, Speed and the Heat claims would be great to see a follow up on. Reach out to the guys at Liberty and try and sync your trips for some great writing opportunities.

Could the thing just be heavy as all get out and get it done? Like almost unusable heavy?
Edit* Literally spent 1 minute reading the front page... and I call bs and i'm not a suppressor guy...
Zero speed loss? BS Zero heat sig? Bs- unless you have figured out a way to instantly disband heat without actually radiating the heat... sooooo Unless you BROKE PHYSICS... Bs
Zero Muzzle flash... again, unless you somehow made black power burn without releasing light... bs, great reduction maybe... but If your on the business end and looking at it there will be SOME flash...
Sombody figure this out and let us know

Suppressors add around 20-40 fps to the bullet.

Somebody figure this out and let us know You will gain speed due to pressure changes, however his claims were 100's of FPS, not 20-50 which is the norm. The heat thing is ridiculous, claimed a full auto mag dump could be had and then you could touch the supressor with your hand. No flash is possible, especially with the internal design I see this very possible. It's the sound and heat claims that are not in line with reality.

Don't know if anyone has seen this video yet, but I just came across it. He even claims he used "Non Subsonic PMC Xtac 55 grain .223 ammo" Hmmm. http://goo.gl/xdPuoZ

Just read this on the FB page
I've never been much of a follower, and I rarely ask for permission. Never half-[censored] anything...
We gave ShotShow2015 attendees a peek inside the JJFU Aero-Sonic sound suppressor. I think most were very surprised at the thought and science behind it. I totally lied about the decibel rating...Its actually way lower..

He was a jerk off at SHOT. what did he say to you? I visited his booth on thur, I watched him from afar out of amusement. He would get mad when people would dry fire his ARs with asking his permission, etc. I thought it was some kind of AR fired RPG from the way it looked at first. I don't think he won too many people over. He banged Sandra Bullock though, so he's still got one up on all of us.

I just realized he's claiming "200 meter per second increase in bullet velocity". That's 656 fps increase. I want to shoot a spit wad though it and see what happens. Watching his video it's obvious it's not 78 dB. You wouldn't hear anything on the video. It also looks like there's a leak on the top rear of the can. Thought it was a piston rifle at first but watched it again and it looks like a leak in the can or a bad thread job.
