Family guy. Looking for a lease within three-ish hours of lake grapevine. Leave property as I found it or better. I'm a management guy, and would rather take a doe or spike than a trophy spread. Long term genetics and management always on my mind. I have a 5 year old boy, and a 4 year old daughter so it's getting time to pass on my appreciation for God's gifts.
I'm not rich or a big drinker, but love a good beer around the campfire with the families. I'm a backpack tent kind of guy, but would like to be able to do a camper if allowed. Early 40's, responsible and easy going.
Prefer year round access, and I'm very willing to help out in any way I can, build and develop it into a trophy stash or just help out to say thanks. My first Texas lease.
Bonus if you have turkey's, antelopes or stags.
Thanks for considering me.

Michail,
If you find anything and need additional leaser's, I'd be interested. Same boat as you, I live in Justin and have a 10 year old son and 7 year old stepson. I don't drink and hunt, take the kids camping and teach them to hunt as well.
Good luck!
