It's Seymour. Located in Baylor county. My boss farms and hunts up there. Good deer and lots of hogs and varmints.

I stand corrected Seymour!
Yup that's the place.
I need to dig into finding a place for just meat hunting.
I don't horn hunt anymore except for Africa.
I save my pennies for Africa so I have to hunt cheap here in the stated.

It's going to be tough depending on what you consider cheap. I have 2 friends who hunt that area, they have been paying $1500 a gun for 5000 acres that about 10 guys are on. They paid about the same at the last place they got off 2 years ago. Good luck with the search

Good for whitetail if you can get on or close to the river. Otherwise still some decent deer hunting depending on the ranch and some really good migratory bird hunting, i.e., dove and waterfowl. Back in the '80s and early '90s, it was outstanding quail hunting. I know I limited on quail many times with no dogs. The quail dropped off at some point, but not sure what it's like now.

Look up Pavur Outdoors on THF.

He sells hunts in Seymour and has had a lot of happy hunters. I'm hunting pigs out there at the end of Feb.

I wouldn't mind a good pig shoot. I'll try and find him to see what he has to offer and at what prices, Thanks.

A "pig shoot"? Not from around here?

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

I hunt 4500 acres out there near miller creek. We have big deer, lots of pigs, and lots of coyotes.
