Thanks for sharing the link. $25 an acre, if it would hold 4 guns, is high for that area and it looks like its a little open and lacking good cover. There are some good deer in that area though!!

I have friends who hunt in that area and I called a couple to see what the hunting was like. They said it is really good hunting but there is no way 400 acres could support 4 hunters, much less 5. Especially over the long term. Too bad.

Post is gone. We are $10 an acre there with water and electricity. I don't know anyone paying $25 an acre there. Deer density doesn't support too many hunters there.
