Scooter (SniperRab) recommended this scope for my new CZ 22lr varmint, I have been looking at them on the web, see some good reviews and a few bad ones. Anyone have experience with this brand? I had never heard of this brand prior to Scooters mentioning it.

Not in a real hurry to get a scope, as I have options with a few I have, but will eventually have to get another.

I have used the APV and its great. I even shot it on a .308 and it held up just fine.

Yep, have the Mueller APV on my 22 mag...love it. Great glass for the price.

Thanks fellas, That is a popular model on RFC. Have read several threads on there. Seems like a good scope for the $

I found eye relief to be pretty unforgiving at full magnification on the APV. Not my scope, someone else's. Didn't like it.

I've got an APV on my 22lr savage bolt action and it's a pretty good scope for the money! I would defiantly buy another.

Forum thanks to SniperRAB for telling me about Mueller. Got the scope (APV) for the cz 22lr varmint and it is very nice for the cash and I wasn't expecting much for $135! Sad to say, I think the glass is on par with my Burris and Nikon, but it could be my eyes, or the fact that it is shiny new LOL.

I would even put this on my .223, or 22-250 without hesitation.

Nice scope for the cash.

They are excellent for the money, I have two on Ruger 10-22 target rifles.

I spend my money on dogs, hunting, racing, women, and whiskey - the rest I waste.
