Shot my first band last weekend and was wondering where to get it mounted. I was thinking a dead mount since the breast is pretty bloody and add a drake when I shoot one.

I'm in Katy.

This is why we shoot hens! Congrats!

A dead mount would be cool, once you settle on a taxidermist though talk to them about options based on the condition of your bird.

Congrats on the band as far as the blood goes that will get washed off during the process of mounting the bird.

Congrats, don't worry about the blood.

If you're in the market for a taxi, check out B and S in Eagle Lake.

Bobby will take care of you, and there are many many birds in his studio to look at.

Great work
