 Looking for a lease near Llano/Mason

Looking for a smaller place near Llano/Mason or within about 30 miles. My wife is from Mason and is working in Llano and we are going to move to the area as soon as our house sells. It will only be the two of us. We are middle aged mature hunters.

Lets try within a hours drive from Llano. We are very quiet, responsible, and will take care of a lease.

My father-in-law is getting off his lease in San Saba. It might be too much land @ 700 acres though.
