 Suppressor Approved Under 4 Months

On 9/22, I ordered two suppressors via Form 4 (paper). Checks cashed 9/29. One of the two suppressors was approved today, 1/20.
That's just under 4 months. I think that's pretty quick for a paper Form 4. Whole lot faster than the last paper Form 4 that was sent 2 years ago. Just waiting for the second one to get approved before I go pick them up.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

My first one took almost 11 months. So I'm happy with 4 months. Good to see they are catching up. The 3 months with efile was nice on the second one. But form 4 e-filing won't be back up until late 2015 according to the announcement they just put out

So I called the ATF to check on the second suppressor. Turns out that was approved 2 weeks before the one in the first post. Check cashed 9/29 and approved 1/6.
Guess it's time to go pick up my suppressors.
