Anyone have any meat hunts available within the next month or so. Deer season was a little too busy for me and I need fill the freezer. Not really picky on kind of animal as long as it's good!

Not sure of your location but we're just south of Stephenville - Erath County on Highway 6, and we offer a deal that's hard to beat - Red Hinds for $450. No other costs associated. We're on 4 750 acres with large stablished herd so you'll have a satisfying hunt for your meat. (Also Red Spikes for $550 and Fallow does $300). Check out our website in signature.

Some good prices. Is it rifle or bow?

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

Was your PM to WLR or Blood tracker? If WLR, best thing is to give them a call. Number is in on the website in sig. Look at the bottom of the hunting rates page, if not elsewhere (I'm on my phone). The wendy Lou ranch is a real nice place with good animals and even better people. Took a red hind there last year, and it is good eats.

Hi Passthru - We generally conduct our meat hunts with gun but you are welcome to have a chat about that with Mike - we certainly have done it with bow but the animals around this time start to get real antsy so close enough for a good bow shot might be a tall order - it would be a stalk style hunt.

Thank you sincerely for your endorsements bjones2571 and RAM Outdoor. Yes - Mike is definitely the guy to speak to 254-764 4334, he keeps our hunt book and does most of the guiding. He's second generation living on the ranch, knows the place backwards and you just can't beat him for good company!

(I don't like to use my phone to write messages so please forgive my tardiness in response time - I prefer the big screen of a pc and a busy week has kept me out of the study)
