Was looking around on the web, which usually gets me into trouble, and came across This case cleaning machine from ammo land, also found the loading machines from camdex. Man if I only had that money tree out back working.

Anyone have any experience with the camdex or ammoland machines?

I tried to buy a used Ammoload a few years ago. I'd go Camdex now due to ease of upgrade costs and competition (knowing who owns the AmmoLoad).

Jerry Miculek uses a cement mixer. Some guys use a mixer from harbor freight.

First, you can't have a Camdex machine and Dillon 1050 in the same sentence. 2 totally different machines. A Camdex can load like 2500 to 3K rounds an hour. It's fully automated and is a commercial grade press that many of your large ammo companies load on. A Dillon 1050 is a hand cranked press. If you put an auto drive device on a 1050, you're in trouble. The 1050 was not meant for that, and has WAY too many issues at certain times when loading. You can only "feel" or see these issues when loading it by hand. I have spoken to Dillon about this, and talked to some people who have ran an auto drive on their 1050. It's not worth the trouble and poor quality ammo.

Gotcha. I didn't realize the camdex would crank them out that fast. How do they do with precision loads? I saw the powder dropper is rated at .15 grains accuracy I think their website says? Are these the machines that say blackhills and the other ammo companies load on or they use something different?

I went to Harbor Freight a couple of days ago to get some more crushed walnut shells. They had a new vibratory type unit that was much larger than the standard sized one I've been using for a few years. I didn't look at their cement mixers.

Water and soap... You fellows try to complicate things too much... Some folks have washed cases in washing machines.
