If you're close to Lubbock I started taking mine to Klemke's in Slaton about 10 miles SE of Lubbock. They have good quality stuff but a little on the pricey side.

used both duck creek in spur and Klemke's in Slaton-both put out good quality-duck creek sausage was a little more spicy than I liked but they are VERY NICE folks. Both are a bit pricey depending on what you get...

If you need taxidery work stay the HELL away from creative critters in lubbock.

Thanks to everyone for the recommendations. I'm going to South Dakota to hunt buffalo next week . Wanting to find a processor to drop the buffalo off at on my way back to Odessa. I will call the ones that have been recommended so far tomorrow . Thanks again

They do a good job and they are open year round for other animals also. Be a good place to drop your buffalo if your in that area
